P2V vCenter 4.1 Server

We would like to P2V our physical vCenter server. I have done some research and come up with a plan. Can someone take a look and let me know if they see any potential issues and/or if there is a better way. Thanks.

1. Verify good full backup of vCenter Server
2. Ensure there are no current migrations
3. Verify good full backup of SQL
4. Maintenance mode target ESX host and wait for all VM’s to DRS to another host
5. Disconnect ESX host from vCenter
6. Remove ESX host from vCenter
7. Stop all vCenter and SQL Services on physical vCenter server
8. Run P2V converter
9. Power down old physical vCenter server
10. Connect directly to ESX host via IP address
11. Connect network on new VM and power up, check services
12. Reconnect host to vCenter
