Changing Default Disk Format In Add Disk/New VM Wizard?

Hello Everyone,

Anyone know if it's possible to change the default disk format selection in vCenter 5.1 (or the vSphere Client/Web Client if that's what's responsible for selecting the current lazy thick zero format) to "Eager Thick Zero" when use complete the wizard for creating new VMs, adding disks to VMs, etc?
