We're hosting a single cluster on hosts spanning two seperate physical locations at metro distances. Currently the linked clones in this cluster are hosted on storage at only one of these locations. For the purposes of load balancing and disaster recovery we're evaluating upgrading to Horizon View 6 and creating seperate Pods at each location and connecting them using the View Cloud Pod Architecture solution. Each Pod will access the datastore at its own location.
Question:
Can we create two seperate Pods in a single cluster hosted on the same vCenter server?
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Lane.
