I've got a vcenter 5.5u2 appliance that has been running happily for a year. I setup disk space monitoring on it and have just started getting alerts on the /storage/db partition at 81% full of 60G. I know you can jump through some hoops to replace the partition with a larger disk. However a look in the directory structure shows most of the disk usage is in log files to the tune of 39G in /storage/db/vpostgres/pg_log. Most of the files are 10M files going back for months.
Anybody know if it is safe to delete some of these or should I go through the disk expansion process?
Happy Holidays
