Cannot login to SOAP server by using CIM Services ticket

Can I login to an ESXi host using the CIM Services ticket?

The ESXi host is managed by a VCenter. I know the credentials of VCenter.

I can login to VCenter and get a ticket to the ESXi host by invoking AcquireCIMServicesTicket() call.

But I cannot login to the ESXi host using this ticket by using SOAP protocols __ns2__Login(ns2__LoginRequestType *ns2__Login, _ns2__LoginResponse *ns2__LoginResponse)

I am using ticket as userName and password.

Is there any other interface (API) through which i can login to the host by using ticket?

I have tried logging into ESXi host by using ticket when the host was in lockdown mode and normal mode (not in lockdown mode). But login failed in both the modes.
