Data center design issue

Hi,

I have a requirement to design a datacenter solution for a customer. following are the details.

Sample VM template

Numbver of VMs =300

Can you guide me to size the datacenter needs? Specially Physical RAM requirements. How many servers I have to use? Can you give me a sample server requirement and storage requirement? Or else is there a Sizing tool available for this?
