Windows2012 R2 on VCenter 5.5 gives VMware Image Customization....and waits for user action for the acceptance of restarting the server

While starting Windows2012 R2 from the template on VC 5.5, virtual machines it repeatedly display the message at every

VMware Image Customization in progress

and waits for user action for restart of the server...

I saw an article another article which I believe would solve the problem..VMware KB: Virtual machines repeatedly display the message: VMware Image Customization in progress

But that did not fix my problem..
