Unable to retrieve health data from https://localhost.fqdn:8443/vws/Health

Hi,

I have had various issues around web services since upgrading from vCenter 5.0 to 5.1 947673.

I have 2 sites with a vCenter at each, they are in linked mode.  vCenter 2 is working fine though vCenter 2 is unable to display the vCenter service status displaying the error in the thread title.

I have tried every KB going but none even match the ESXi version let alone fix the issue!

The only error I think may be relevant is in the vws.log -

[2013-04-03 16:00:45,296 tomcat-http--40  ERROR com.vmware.vim.health.gwt.server.GwtHealthServiceImpl] HealthService not initialized

I have a case raised with VMware but they are also at a loss.

Any ideas?
