Need script to move all host and virtual machines alarms from top vcenter hierarchy down to the vm's or hosts

Hello guys

I n eed a script to move all host and vm  alarms which are located at the top of  the vmwarecenter structure  down to all Hosts or vm's which are exist in the vmware  center  environment

Does those  scripts exist ?

Or are any scripts  available  which are similar  and easy to modify ?
