watchdog-hostd.PID file getting removed

Hi Guys,

I am facing problem with the host agent start the agent starts and then crashes. I tried to follow the following article but to no avail.

The watchdog-hostd.PID file get removed every time after a few minutes. Any one faced or resolved this issue please share.

ESXi Version 4.1 is running on the host and the only change was the restart a few days back.
