I am experiencing moments of slowness in VMWare. Discs that have bound to the VMs seem to lose connection for a few seconds.
For example, the network drives that I have created a virtual disk in the Storage are inaccessible for a few seconds, returning soon after. The OS of the VM does not quite fall.
The log of VMWare, and at the time of the fall, I present the following:

Does anyone have any idea? I checked all the hardware of the two hosts, disks Storage, network LAN and iSCSI, nothing seems to have problems. The problem seems to be directly with VMware and the connection to the Datastores.
