Check with your My VMware Super User, Procurement Contact or Administrator. If you recently purchased this product through VMware Store or through a third-party, try downloading later. but yesterday i can get ovf file. So i do not understand i can't get ova file. Moreover,another version of 5.5U2xx are not down loaded.
