An unknown connection error occured.(The Request failed becuase of a connection failure.(Unable to connect to the Remote Server)

Hi All,

     I am not able to connect vcenter server through VI client  and getting error "vSphere Client could not connect to "

An unknown connection error occured.(The Request failed because of a connection failure.(Unable to connect to the Remote Server) "

However , i tried to restart the  vcenter services but still getting error and also after re-boot also didn't fix the issues. PFA error screen shot.
