Hi
My question is regarding SSL certs for vcenter server 5.5 and Horizon 6.1. I am currently running Horizon View 6.0.1 but prepping to go to vsphere 6.0 so I need to upgrade Horizon to 6.1 for this to be supported.
Reading through the documentation for Horizon 6.1 my vCenter server requires a CA-signed SSL server certificate otherwise the default cert is shown as invalid and a message indicates vcenter server is unavailable.. At present I only have the default VMware certificate only. I have no internal CA so will need to obtain an SSL cert from the web.
My question is am I ok to replace the vcenter server ssl certificate only or do I need to replace all vcenter components that utilize ssl certificates as well? SSO, Investory Svc, Web Client etc.
Any help / advice would be appreciated.
Thanks Guys!
