ESXi 5.5 UTC timezone causes Active directory permission issues

Due to VMware mandatory use of UTC for ESXi 5.5, I could not change the time zone settings, because I use NTP server to update time, these hosts always have UTC, I am located in CST, where my two Windows 2008 Server (2008, not 2008 R2) use CST, so I have permission issue when I use Active Directory to login to vCenter and manager these hosts. I am strongly against changing the timezone of my Windows 2008 servers to UTC, at the same time, I normally have all VMs to use the local time on the hosts where they resides (I could manually set each VM to CST, because most of them can automatically time sync with NTP, manual setting will result in time drift after weeks).

How do you guys solve the issue?   I really resent VMware attitude "This is our product, you MUST do it the way we dictate"
