Cannot Access Console

Hello Guys,

I'm encountering a weird issue

i was wondering if anyone faced it before ,

i plugged an ssd into a server that had a datastore from another ESX ( same version, same hardware)

it had one vm, i added it to inventory and powered it on

everything went well except i cannot open the console, from vsphere client i get the error: "unable to connect to MKS: Internal error"

and from vcenter i get : "failed to initialize ssl session to remote host"

i installed more VMs into the same datastore and they worked normally

ESX is version 6

any ideas ?
