vShield MGMT NIC Down periodically dropping management interface

Hello,

I have this recurring issue where the vShield Management VM keeps dropping it's management interface.  This is causing the TrendMicro Deep Security filter driver to stop talking to the virtual appliances.

I have uninstalled both the trend filter drivers, the endpoint filter drivers and even reinstalled the management server from the OVA and the problem persists.  I would suspect a system event be logged in this instance, but nothing appears aside from a licensing code 30030 that licensing has changed and the capabilities have been updated .  License is good through the end of July, so not sure why that keeps triggering in the log
