I'm trying to deploy an ova/ovf appliance (vRealize Infrastructure Navigator) and it keeps failing. I read a KB that said my services for "VMware VirtualCenter Management Webservices" needs to be started and sure enough, it wasn't. So I started it, then it stopped. I opened the vpxd log in vcenter and here's the log segment below.
One thing I notice it the " <TCP 'xxx.xx.xxx.12:8443'>".
Not sure what to do next because tcpview doesn't even see anything talking/listening on that port.
