vcenter 6 upgrade failed with error message : No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

i am upgrading my vsan from version 5.5 to version 6.

according to the upgrade documentation, i should upgrade vcenter first(from version 5.5 to 6). However, when i am upgrading the vcenter, the installation process can not be finished with an error message as below.

"ERROR  | wrapperm | 2015/04/07 15:58:12 | Failed to lookup the account (NT SERVICE\mbcs): 1332 - No mapping between account names and security IDs was done. (0x534) STATUS | wrapperm | 2015/04/07 15:58:12 | VMware Message Bus Config Service service installed."

any idea what happened?
