Moving hosts with vCenter from Cluster to datacenter

Hi all,

I'm in process of migrating from a 3 hosts Cluster (with HA enabled) to a solution without Clusters.

On the docs, the process it's quite straightforward, just put in maintenance a host and then move it out the cluster.

The problem: one of the hosts owns the vCenter and since the maintenance mode switches off all the VMs, my question is what's the best practice for this "migrating" in this scenario?

Licensing: vCenter Server 5 Essentials + vSphere 5 Essent. Plus
