Create an Alarm for "The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system"

Hi,

We want to create a custom alarm for the event "The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system..." I ran lucd's script to export all of the events, and searched the API but it's not obvious which event owns this info notice.
