vRops reports - missing VM's

For some reason, when I did the template reports about the over sized VM's for instance -

I ran the report on vSphere World but only 80-70% of the machines are in the reports.

1. I tried to do it on a specific folder in the ESX and it still show a few.

2. I tried to do the report with a different user, and with the owner of the report - admin.

3. Different reports show different VM's.

4, I can see the VM's seperately when I search them. Only report show some of them.

Any idea?
