I'm trying to convert hardware machine (windows) to vmware using vmware converter standalone version 5.5.3 running on specific server
I have follow this steps regarding port openings : VMware KB: Required VMware vCenter Converter 4.x/5.x ports
But I always get this error : FAILED: An error occurred while opening a virtual disk. Verify that the Converter server and the running source machines have a network access to the source and destination ESX/ESi hosts.
And the error log files look like chines to me 
Do anyone have any clue what is missing ?
