Adding second iSCSI SAN to esxi 5.5

I have a second iSCSI SAN which we are going to use as a Test Sandbox.

I have no idea on what I need to do to get this to work.  I tried adding it to the Dynamic Discovery but that did not work.

The existing configuration is as follows.

vSwitch 2

VmKernel Port      iSCSi1  vmk1: 192.168.x.29 to vmnic0

vSwitch3

VMkernel Port     iSCSI2  vmk2: 192.168.x.30 to vmnic5

Just guessing do I add two new Standard vSwitches (3 and 4) and give each a storage IP address of 192.168.x.32 and 192.168.x.33 and point one to vmnic0 and the other to vmnic5?

Will that conflict with the existing SAN traffic?  Currently we are running 1Gig switches but are planning on upgrading to 10Gig for the iSCSI side.

Also should the vmnic's have been teamed instead of each one being separate?

Both SAN's are on the same iSCSI subnet.
