"Hardware Status" is blank when viewed using the VCenter.

Hi,

"Hardware Status" is blank when viewed using the VCenter but okay when viewed using direct host connection (Configuration--> Health Status).

Host: vSphere 4 Essentials ESXi 4.1.0, 348481.

Vmware vCenter Server: Ver. 5.1.0 Build 799731.

We have rebooted the vCenter and tried most of what Google search reveled regarding that issue, however, we have read one article stating that there is a compatibility issue between that ESXi version and the vCenter version, so we just want to verify that from the experts here.
