Created VM doesn't start - no errors show

I'm trying to convert my (running) machine to a VM using vCenter. The machine is running Windows 8.1 Pro 64bits, and OS is installed in a SSD drive, and there is 1TB secondary drive. The conversion goes fine and finishes with no errors, but when I try to play the generate VM in VMWare Player 7, it doesn't even boot. There is only a black screen that closes itself after a few seconds, no errors are displayed.

Any guess on what is going on and how to solve it?
