ESXi 4.1 host keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

Hello All,

I been having this connect/disconnect issue for more than 2 months now. The vcenter has 3 VMs and all 3 VM suffer the same problem but only 1 VM I can not putty into nor restart. Increasing the Timeout has already been added with no resolve.

Would the reboot of the blade work?
