The vSphere Web Client cannot connect to the vCenter Single Sign On server.

I am running the trial virtual appliance  5.5.0.20400  Build 2442330 on ESXi 5.5.0, 2068190

As i try to log into the Web Client  i get this error.  The vSphere Web Client cannot connect to the vCenter Single Sign On server.

I have fallowed the steps to turn off SSO by editing the webclient.properties file  and ad dding line sso.enabled = false.    Then  On the vCenter Server Appliance, restart the vSphere-client service by typing service vsphere-client restart.
