Exit standy mode Exit standby mode task times out and the host status is not updated in vcenter server (2012152) and Extending the default timeout period for vcenter server (1017253)

I have vcenter appliance with 4 Esxi , when I put any Esxi server in stand by mode I cannot wake up it again , I read these two articles Exit standby mode task timeout and the host status is not update in vcenter server (2012152) and extending the default timeout period for vcnter server (1017253) but I cannot solve the problem
