vpxd.cfg

I cannot exit from standby in Esxi , I read these two articles Exit standby mode task time out and  the host status ......(2012152) and Extending the default timeout period for vcenter server .....(1017253).

but the problem I cannot found the vpxd.cfg file ( I used vcenter appliance).

any help to find this file to change the timeout for vcenter server.
