We created testing Data Center and moved three ESXi objects
Configured below permissions:
One user - Admin permissions
Local Admin - Admin permissions
Rest of members - No Access
To perform further testing, we marked Local Admin access to No Access and Data Center object disappeared. I tried to login with the One user ID but it is unable to see the disapperaed Data Center object 
Any possibility to bring the Data center back online at vCenter. I can connect the Host servers to another vCenter and manage them from there but still wants to know possibilities to bring back the Data Center object at vCenter
