Can't connect lock disk CD/DVD mirror

Hello:

I use vsphere web client manage the vcenter.Now I create one virtual machine on Host.Power on this virtual machine, and then install the operating system virtual machine. I use the CD/DVD driver to connect CD/DVD image on a local disk, select the image file, and then problems: wait for a timeout occurs when a successful connection plug-in report. When I use a client to open a virtual machine console after connecting virtual machine CD/DVD equipment can be connected to the local image file to install the operating system.

Can anyone tell me why this is?
