Virtual Machine (VM) suspending frequently

Hi,

I am using Vmware Vceter 5.1 and Vshere 5.1. I have created a VM and installed windows 7 OS but my VM is entering to suspended state frequently. I dont know how to stop this. Can anyone help me on this?
