cold migration, vmotion is slow

the cold migration (virtual machine switched of) and vmotion (virtual machine switch on) is slow,

i read this article VMware KB: Cold storage migration of virtual machine data is slow with the log entry: VMB: 1104: ignoring range

but after i open ssh and write this command /bootbank/boot.cfg

i found this problem

and if i write only /bootbank another message appear ("permission denied"}

any suggestion pls?
