Resource Pool Alarms

Hi All,

i want to create a Alarm which will trigger when my Resource pool limit will be breached by VMS. I tried and searched over the internet but didnt find anything like this.

Exactly i want to genrate a email by Alarm shows that the Resource pool is now used 75%-90% of the resources assigned to it . So we can take a look immediately and satisfy its need.
