Hi All
Please can you advise me on a strange issue we recently had in our call center.
250 Agents could not logon to their VDI's ,when looking at the web console page of the broker I could enter my username and password , below that where I would normally see our domain name I could only see the server name which could not be changed.
I rebooted the server and all services returned to normal ,my question is has anyone experienced this before or have any theories about why this happened in the first place ?
