Can't start VMWare VirtualCenter service

Hi All,

Having issue when trying to start the above service.  I get the following error message when attempting to:

Windows could not start the VMWare VirtualCenter Server on local computer.  Error code 2.

Event viewer states the following:

The VMWare VirtualCenter Server Service terminated with the service-specific error 2 (0x2)

Event ID:  7024

I have attached the VPXD.log file where I notice there is an error with 'vpxdvpxdmain' init failed:Unexpected exception

I'd gratefully except any help with this.
