What will happen if the both ESXi hosts goes down in FT

I have a question for all of you.suppose in a cluster there are 10 Esxi hosts and there is vm which is on Esxi 1 with FT enabled on that VM, shadow copy of that VM is running on Esxi 5. Now if Esxi 1 and Esxi 5 both goes down then in this case also can we get 100 % uptime for that VM?
