vMotion Between 2 different Networks

So I have VC 5.5 with 3xESXi 5.0 Hosts. I have 2 different networks physically hence I have created two different Standard vSwitches.

Both these networks have VMkernel vMotion and the requirement is to utilize both the vmkernel networks for vMotion when I am migrating respective hosts within each Network.

The Physical VLAN is extended across both the Networks and hence they can communicate within each other.

Scenario: Network A and Network B

Network A and B can communicate with each other (ping and vmkping)

if vmkernel vmotion on either Network A or B is enabled then we can migrate hosts across and vice versa.

if vmkernel vmotion in enabled on both the Networks A and B then migration gets stuck at 14% and times out with below Error

==========

Failed to start migration pre-copy. Error: The ESX hosts failed to connect over the VMotion network.

vMotion migration [174919250:1401957487872070] failed to create a connection with remote host <Host1 Network A>: The ESX hosts failed to connect over the VMotion network

Migration [174919250:1401957487872070] failed to connect to remote host <Host1 Network A> from host <Host2 Network B>: Network unreachable

The vMotion failed because the destination host did not receive data from the source host on the vMotion network. Please check your vMotion network settings and physical network configuration and ensure they are correct.

==========

Requirement:

To have both the vmkernel vMotion Enabled for both the Networks A and B

Utilize respective networks while vmotion is happening. Eg. if VM is in Network A then utilize Network A vmkernel for vMotion and vice-versa.

Please advise.
