vCenter Hyperic fresh install not working on port 7080

Hello

I just deployed the vCenter Hyperic 5.8.1 OVA, during the deploy all went well, I can even go in to each separate VM UI “https://VM_IP:5480” and change the time zone and review the IP settings,  but when I try to go in to the Hyperic IU http://Hyperic_IP_Server:7080 I will give me back that the webpage can not be displayed  or unable to connect.

I tried a telnet to Hyperic_IP_Server:7080 and will get back a “Connecting To xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx...Could not open connection to the host, on port 7080: Connect failed”

I have already tried to reinstall the OVA but get the same result.
