How to add virtual cpu or memory to vCenter server(vmx-10)./ 仮想マシン(vmx-10)であるvCenterサーバにCPUやメモリを追加したい。

VMバージョンがvmx-10で仮想マシン（vCenter）をシャットダウンするとWeb Clientにログインできない。

vCenter server is a part of VM virtual machines.

And vm version is vmx-10 which means that we can change something from VM web client.

When I change cpu or memory size on virtual machine, I need to shutdown it.

But if vCenter is turned off, we can't login VM web client.

So please let me know how to change vCenter configuration.
