vSphere 5.1 Web Client / .NET Inventory Differences

Hi -

Have a simple vSphere 5.1 setup with the vCenter vApp, using local SSO accounts/privileges.  When I create a clone from the Web Client, the resultant VM does not show up in the Web Client's inventory.  However, if I use the same account (even root), and connect via the .NET vSphere Client, I see the VMs and can interact with them perfectly fine.  I've tried restarting the Web Client service on the vApp but it doesn't seem to help.

Any thoughts or others running into this issue?
