Cannot power on VM after restore.

Hello, I just restored a VM that I deleted from backup with Veeam. The restore worked, I added the VM back to inventory on the host and all seemed ok.

When I power the VM on. I receive the following error:

An unexpected error was received from the ESX host while powering on VM vm-8445.
Reason: Failed to lock the file.
Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/52e2368e-691b2530-9f67-00145e17a7be/D1-POC/D1-POC_1.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

Not sure why this is happening.  Can anyone help me?

I did try to remove and re-add back into to inventory with no success. I have also rebooted the host with no success.

Thanks,
