Skimming through the vCenter vpxd log i noticed instanced of the following...
2014-02-24T09:17:20.189-05:00 [01772 info 'vpxdvpxdMoHost'] [HostMo::SetComputeCompatibilityDirty] Marked host-242 as dirty.
Can someone possible shed some light as to what this means and any potential impact it may have on the dirty host.
