Simple setup.
1) esxi host hypervisor 5.5. fresh install
1) Server 2008 SP2 x6, AD single domain
1) Server 2008 SP2 x64, Vcenter
Vcenter is member of the domain and can ping by FQDN of AD and by IP, all firewalls are off, all plugged into unmanaged 24 port switch.
Have been unable to find answer to this failure on google so figured I woudl throw it out there to the experts...
