I need help am new to VMWARE the issue am facing is my SSO for some reason is no longer authenticating. I tried installing the Webclient but everytime on sso authentication it fails with error " Could not contact lookup service Please check VM_ssoreg.log in system temperory folder"
Even though when I try to telnet to the vcenter sso server on the sso port it works.
My question is if I install another SSO instance will it cause any issues if I don't connect anything to that instance. Secondly what do I have to re-register with the new sso instance. Below is what I've installed in my environment.
1. Vcenter 5.1 Server
2. 16 ESXi 5.1 servers
3. VMware View 5.1 Connection servers
4. VMware View Composer Servers
5. VMware View 5.1 Security Servers
6. VMware Update Manager.
Urgent help required.
