Template Hardening.

Hi All,

I need the help to know some more thing deeply about Templates.

1) Windows : What is the best practice to do the Templated and hardening of the OS. Like Patch upgrade, Antivirus installation.

2)CentOS6.5 : What is the best practice to create the template of Centos (I am Not a expert in Centos). As we need to extend the Disk etc.

Please suggest.
