Hello, I'm having an odd error when I go to import an OVA file via Vcenter to some new hosts that I have spun up. These hosts are on Cisco UCS B200 M3's running the custom cisco ESXi 5.5 ISO. When I go to import the OVA I receive the error "The Virtual Machine is not supported on the target datastore". The datastore that I'm deploying the OVA to are newly added fiber channel volumes. I can create VMs manually on these volumes and install/run guests without issue on the. I have another existing host in this vcenter on a UCS C200 running the same custom cisco ISO load only it has just the iSCSI datastores not the fiber channel datastores yet and I can import the OVA to them. As a test I took one of the B200 blades and removed it from Vcenter and I could successfully import the OVA to the FC datastores. So at this point I feel it's something to do with Vcenter somewhere but I've not found much out there on what it might be. It seems to be all OVAs as I've tried Cisco voice application OVAs as well as various linux variant OVAs, etc. all with the same error. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
