Putting 8gb RAM on a 2k3 x32 VM - snapshot problems??

Aloha,

I increased RAM on a 2k3 x32 VM to 8gb. The VM boots and says it has 4gb, but I now cannot take a snapshot and HA state shows as "Unprotected". Is there a cause and effect here??
