Windows member server configured as NTP Server (named WINNTP) - WINNTP gets it own time from external time source.
ESXi hosts configured to use the WINNTP server as their time source.
From the vCenter client - if I manually adjust the ESXi host time configuration to something (e.g. 4 hrs in advance)...it will remain at this even though the NTP service is running? Is this correct behaviour? I expected that when I restarted NTP client service (via vCenter client) that it would re-adjust (using the WINNTP time)...but this isn't the case.
Any suggestions?
